Maiko: going, going, gone.  By Adrian Boddy
YOSHI JONES is having a tea party and you’re invited! THE ART OF WINTER celebrates the launch of her cosy winter homewares collection. Step across the threshold of the Storio into a world of high-voltage hues and rich textured warmth.

Sip on green tea + bubbles and let yourself be transported by the sultry tones of Japanese jazz funk band Reiko Azuma whilst you browse Yoshi’s one-of-a-kind throws, lampshades + cushions. Each piece has been handcrafted from vintage kimono silks in her signature east meets west style.

Feast your eyes on Adrian Boddy’s fascinating artwork, featuring pieces from the Japanese: Australian Perspectives exhibition. Boddy’s striking photographs are the perfect accompaniment to Yoshi’s decadence. Mycuppatea’s designer clocks and exquisite cupware will also be showcased.

Bossa nova beats, bold art + beautiful one-off pieces… It’s nesting at its most chic. Sate your senses at THE ART OF WINTER – your antidote to the winter blues…
